Any guarantee, warranty, retreatment commitment, or satisfaction promise offered by Talos applies only to the specific service or plan you have purchased, and only as expressly described in the written service agreement, work authorization, or plan terms applicable to that purchase.

Website language, marketing copy, promotional materials, and verbal estimates do not create, extend, or modify a warranty beyond what is stated in the signed agreement for the purchased service.

Warranty coverage, duration, covered pests, retreatment conditions, and exclusions vary by service type and plan. A warranty attached to one service (for example, a general pest plan) does not automatically apply to a different service (for example, termite fumigation or rodent exclusion).

Where a warranty provides for free retreatments, those retreatments are limited to the covered pests and conditions identified in the agreement and are subject to customer compliance with preparation, access, and sanitation recommendations.

Talos does not warrant against pest re-introduction caused by conditions outside its control, including neighboring infestations, construction defects, landscaping choices, moisture sources, structural openings, or customer or third-party activity.

Pest control is influenced by biological, environmental, structural, and human factors that cannot be fully controlled by any provider. Talos does not guarantee any specific, permanent, or absolute result from any single treatment or service.

Statements such as “bug-free,” “pest-free,” “elimination,” “protection,” or similar language describe the goal and standard of our service approach, not an absolute assurance that no pest will ever be present at any time.

Treatment outcomes may vary based on the severity of infestation, property condition, species behavior, weather, neighboring properties, and adherence to preparation and follow-up instructions.

Recurring service plans are designed to manage ongoing pest pressure. They do not constitute a one-time permanent eradication guarantee unless expressly stated in writing for the purchased plan.

Talos uses pesticides, insecticides, rodenticides, termiticides, desiccants, and other treatment materials that are registered with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) where required, and are applied in accordance with product label directions and applicable law.

All products are applied by, or under the supervision of, licensed pest control professionals holding the qualifications required by the California Structural Pest Control Board (License #8204).

Product selection, formulation, application method, and treatment location are determined by the licensed technician based on inspection findings, target pest, property conditions, and label directions. Talos reserves the right to adjust methods and materials as conditions require.

Website descriptions of treatment methods, active ingredients, or product categories are general and educational. The specific products used on your property may differ based on professional judgment, availability, and label instructions.

Some individuals may be more sensitive to pesticides, odors, dust, or treatment materials, including children, pregnant individuals, the elderly, and those with respiratory conditions, allergies, or chemical sensitivities.

You are responsible for informing Talos of any health condition, sensitivity, pet, aquarium, exotic animal, beekeeping activity, or other circumstance that may require modified treatment methods or additional precautions before service begins.

Certain services, including fumigation, heat treatment, and some chemical applications, require you, other occupants, and pets to vacate the property for a specified period. Reentry is permitted only after the stated reentry interval has passed and, where applicable, after aeration clearance has been confirmed.

Many services require customer preparation before treatment, such as clearing areas, removing items, vacating premises, securing pets, covering or removing food, and following specific pre-service instructions provided by Talos.

Failure to complete required preparation may result in delayed service, reduced effectiveness, or additional charges, and may void applicable warranty coverage for that visit.

You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property and treatment areas, including unlocking gates, moving personal belongings where requested, and disclosing hazards such as aggressive animals, structural weaknesses, or concealed conditions.

By scheduling or authorizing service, you represent that you are the property owner or an authorized agent with permission to grant access and approve treatment at the property.

Talos technicians perform services in a workmanlike manner, but are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, latent defects, concealed damage, or damage caused by pests, age, construction, or third parties.

Talos is not liable for damage to items left in treatment areas after preparation instructions have been provided, or for damage resulting from customer failure to follow preparation, access, or reentry instructions.

For fumigation and similar services, Talos will provide specific preparation instructions. Talos is not responsible for items, plants, food, or animals not removed or secured according to those instructions.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability for Talos’s own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
