Talos Pest Control does not sell personal information for money.

Talos does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent Talos from sending necessary nonpromotional communications concerning an existing account, appointment, transaction, safety issue, or service request, where permitted by law.

Talos does not sell or disclose mobile opt in information or text messaging consent information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers that help us deliver messages and operate our communications program.

7. California Privacy Rights

Applicability of the CCPA

The California Consumer Privacy Act applies only to businesses meeting specified statutory thresholds. As of 2025, one threshold is annual gross revenue of at least $26.625 million in the preceding calendar year. Talos does not intend to collect highly sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or account passwords through ordinary website forms. Please do not submit such information through general contact forms.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Verification may require matching information you provide with information already maintained by Talos. We will use verification information only to evaluate and respond to the request.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require evidence of the agent’s authority and may ask you to verify your identity directly.

If we deny a request in whole or in part, we will provide an explanation when required by law.

California Direct Marketing Disclosure

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 may allow certain California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. 8. Idaho Residents

Talos also operates in Idaho. Idaho does not currently have a generally applicable comprehensive consumer privacy statute comparable to the California Consumer Privacy Act. Talos nevertheless handles personal information collected from Idaho residents in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable Idaho consumer protection, communications, security, and data breach laws.

Idaho residents may contact Talos to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. We will evaluate and respond to such requests based on applicable law and our legal and operational obligations.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
